The Time I Took Pictures in Japan

October 25, 2011 Leave a comment Go to comments

Just a simple photography post today. These are pictures taken around my house when I lived in Ine-cho, Japan from 2006-2007. This tiny fishing village didn’t have much to do (no bars or restaurants!), but it was undeniably beautiful. Too bad it also gets snowed in during the winter. It’s located about four hours north of Kyoto, and there’s no public transportation, so you would need a car to get there if you ever wanted to visit. The photos here are actually from a place called Honjo, which is a 20-30 minute drive from Ine-cho on one-lane roads, up through the mountains.
